Your session fee covers Jen's time, it doesn't not include digital files.
A retainer in the amount of your session fee is requested to hold your session date. (payment plans may be negotiated) The retainer is non-refundable. Your session fee covers Jen's time. It does not include digital negatives. Reschedules due to illness or emergency can be arranged. If the weather isn't agreeable on the day of your session, we will gladly reschedule to another day. 3 weeks is allowed for processing images. Your gallery will be active for 90 days. All digital negatives from images ordered are kept on file for one year. Un-ordered images will be purged after 90 days and cannot be ordered from after this time.
A word about copyright. All images taken at your session will be copyrighted by Jen Fox and are protected by Federal Copyright Law. It is therefore unlawful to reproduce her work in any manner. Please respect Jen's livelihood and the care and attention paid to each of your images by adhering to copyright laws. Moreover, as an artist Jen wishes to have control over the final look of her client's images. Scanned or reproduced images are both illegal and a degradation of the original image quality. As is adding filters or photoshopping of any kind. Prints and/or image files delivered to the client are for personal use only. If you choose to purchase your digital negatives, photo credit must be given to Jen Fox Photography when shared on the web or used in printed material.
Jen may like to include her favorite images from your session in her portfolio. By agreeing to this model release, you permit Jen Fox Photography to use images from this session for display, publication or other promotional uses without payment or other compensation.
